"We were situated in the older tower, but had a great view of bay. It was more difficult to find and navigate to hotel restaurant due to lack of any signage, and that our more obvious route was outside. Hilo is, after all, the rainiest city on the planet. Took us a wet try, and getting info to "maze" back to the older tower from restaurant staff. We suggest better signage, or info in room. "Conveniently located and lots of eateries close by . Like the grill for tenants to use freely . Have swimming pool on premises . Staffs are friendly , like about the in room washer and dryer . Provide enough enmity . Good golf course . Will like to come back and stay there again"

"There was a leak in the room and the floor was wet when we arrived. Requested the staff to move us to different room but instead of moving us they sent the maintenance crew which tried to fix the problem until midnight and was a big impingement on the privacy. Next day when we called the staff about the status, they had no clue about the troubleshooting done by maintenance crew previous day. Finally, we had to talk to supervisor to have us moved to another room. This room was a considerable...

"The tower where I stayed is not well maintained. The balcony fascia is falling which represents a safety hazard if pieces fell on someone. One elevator was not working. The room is infested with little roaches."
