"Great staff and service. Very high end and top quality food and drinks. The AC was working perfectly fine, the only issue was that the shower did smell a bit weird but we covered it with toilet paper. "

"Everything was excellent until checkout. At check-in, I authorized payment for hotel fees and incidentals. At check-out, to my surprise, I was advised that the hotel manually charged me (without my knowledge) for my stay a 2nd time. This was very upsetting. Not comfortable with employee manually charging my account. This has caused inconvenience and concern regarding my personal information. My wife is very concerned as well."

"Property was clean, Staff was AMAZING!!! We went for my 50th birthday and they all did so much to make me and my family feel special. Our butler Edith made sure we always had everything, she checked in on us everyday. Pablo and Bae were the entertainment staff and every afternoon and evening had wonderful things for us to do or watch, so great. "Spa services were exceptional. Every meal was memorable. Service at the buffet was excellent along with the endless choices of real home cooked selections. Dont skip the rum raisin ice cream at the ice cream stand at night. We'll be back for sure!"
