"We stayed in a seafront 2 bed cottage. The resort is small but beautiful. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The cottage itself was lovely. Very clean and with a great veranda with a view over the little beach and the marina. The kitchen and bathroom could do with a refresh but other than that it was perfect. The restaurant food was good and the staff were excellent. It opens at 11am through to 9 pm. The Meet and Meat shop was also excellent. Lovely fresh bread and pastries, meat, fish...

"Couldn’t be closer to the beach. Massive porch and surprisingly spacious cottages with notably high ceilings. Separated a good distance from the main road with a feel that is entirely secluded, save for a wave to the neighbors. Quiet and peaceful as one can imagine, the only sounds are the ones you want on a tropical island - waves, birds, and the nightly chorus. "We were a little sceptical about Galleon Beach Resort due to limited reviews but we did not regret booking. Upon arrival Talia showed us down to Sea Breeze - cottage number 10. She left a welcome sheet providing her mobile number incase we needed it, numbers of taxis etc. The cottage was beautiful with a living area with two small couches, a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge water cooler and 2 plate hob. "The attention to detail is incredible the outside kitchen was a blessing, the the restaurant is an architectural masterpiece, the food was delicious so delicious we had to meet the chef, all the staff were welcoming, attentive and personable. Roxanne has your every need in hand it was a pleasure to meet her. We will be back to stay in what I can only describe as a wellness retreat everything was just effortlessly perfect. "

"The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. "
