"Family-friendly in every way, off the beaten path, quiet, secluded piece of AMAZING!! Had everything we needed, and right on the water, with a small "aquarium" that entertained my 10yr old for hours. I will stay here again, and again, and again!!"

"Beautiful cozy place, 5 min by walking to the grocery store, the beach, and the bus stop; 15 min away from downtown. The host Jay (the owner) is very welcoming, friendly, helpful, and a very pleasant person. The studio felt like home! I would be happy to stay there again!"

"I loved that we were so close to everything in san juan/ old san juan. The area looks a little rough but it was quiet at night and we felt very safe. We rented a car so did not walk around but having the parking space included was so convenient. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was always noise that woke us up around 8am. We were out late every night so getting woken up by the barking dogs and loud tools was a little rough. Overall though it was a great stay and I would stay here...
