"We had a great stay at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and really enjoyed our four-night stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the hotel has a beautiful atmosphere with well-maintained spaces. Our room was comfortable and clean, and overall service was excellent.
One small suggestion: it would be very helpful if, at check-in, the hotel clearly explained what is included in the resort fee. We later found out it covered several amenities that we were not aware of and...

"This was our first stay at the Guanahani, after having previously stayed at another perfectly lovely hotel in St Barth's, and we could not have been happier. "My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort, and we would gladly stay there again. Room service was fantastic, and the staff was warm and hospitable. I had the Aruban breakfast at Ike's every morning which was very tasty, and after I got injured during an excursion outside of the resort the front desk staff gave me first aid which I really appreciated."
