"Beautiful property very well maintained ideal for rest and relaxation the best two restaurants were JamRock and the Mexican the Food Market was hit or miss a lot of the time the food was luc warm at best. The best lunch buffet was at the Reef."

"Plentiful variety of food choices. Reservations to the speciality restaurants were easy to obtain via the app. My room in building One was cleaned daily. The staff was always friendly. You feel truly welcomed. This was my second trip to this resort. My one and only complaint would be the entertainment was much better in 2024, but it was nice to see some familiar faces, shout outs to Scottie, Shinshin, Geegee and Tafari. The beach and shopping at the beach huts, met beautiful people. ...

"Was not notified that half the resort was closed. There was only 1 bar opened inside. 1 swim up bar, 1 walkup bar outside. We started in our rooms most of the day besides the excursion. Check in was not good we had to wait 1.5 to get in our room."

"My mother, who lived in Jamaica passed away the same day I was due to check in. I spoke to Expedia in hope I would be refunded with no hassle. Beyond the 72 hour so far, I have received an email advising me Expedia have not been able to contact the hotel operator and as a result are not refunding me my money. When challenged in a follow up email, they are looking into it. Thus far, I hope I am not waiting in vain. This has compounded the tragic grieve I am currently experiencing."

"Property was clean food and drinks was great. However we paid for s room with a King bed and was told none was available and a manager would contact us. Still waiting to hear back from a manager for some compensation if any. No one seems to be able to assist at the front desk that was very frustrating."
