"It was a pleasant surprise because it was better than expected since the concept of Motel is different in PR than in USA. Staff was very helpful since my flight arrived late and I got to the property at 3am check out was at 11am but it was a CLEAN place to sleep for a few hours in order go to family event. I did not like the towels and they brought better ones for me with a smile. Towels were clean but not snow white color and so was the sheet I use to cover myseft...if you are ok with that you...

"Property is across the street from mind-blowingly beautiful beach. Owners were welcoming and communicative about car rental, etc and food at the restaurant is great"

"I was very impressed with the manager, and the front desk girls. Customer service and Hospitality was fabulous however I can see some improvements with amenities such as having washcloths in the rooms along with soap dishes in the shower. My start, was wonderful. Will come back"
