"I purchased Decorations and Chocolate covered strawberries. I'm glad my fiance looked at it first because they was covered with ants. There were ants trailing from the balcony to the strawberries. So cool the butler took it away and sent us new ones the next day. So we had to clean all the ants up and moved on. "Rooms were clean. Property was clean but needs an overhaul pull has 20% or more of little square tiles busted and missing mostly on the bottom. I actually scraped my foot on a sharp piece and had to bandage cut. The pool staff were excellent especially the entertainment of Peppa and Michelle."

"The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well.
The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site.
Highly recommend and will definitely return!"
