"The hotel smells terrible from the moment you walk in; it must be the old carpets. The rooms are the same. I don't recommend it. The disappointment is even greater when you go to another hotel; their smells are like a welcome"

"Friendly staff overall with large rooms. However the shower vibrated and made a loud noise when you showered and the bed was not very comfy. Good food at the sports bar though."

"Check in process terrible. Automated process takes too long and is error prone with very little human support. No option for human checkin. Hallways filled with huge bags of dirty laundry and trash. Room was not vacuumed. Sporadic housekeeping service. No in room coffee and getting a cup in the morning was 1hour+ waiting in line at Starbucks or cafe. Service at the cafe was terrible, wait staff standing around talking to each other and yelling at each other across the restaurant, waited 40 mins to get my order taken-restaurant not full and waitress only came when I got up to leave. Checkout was also ‘automated’ and terrible. It took me 8 attempts to get my final bill, in person, chat, and multiple phone calls. "

"Very clean and plenty of options for food. Great pool area, but it closes early at 6pm. Plenty of parking, but the sheer size of the property takes a while to get from your room to the garage or anywhere else really. Plan on lots of walking! Enjoyed our stay. "

"First of all the hotel is very beautiful and extremely massive. The Americana Restaurant on site was our favorite go to for any meal of the day. Great staff and great food. I didn’t like not having a mini fridge in the room. Nor did I like having to bring my own coffee pods, creamer, and sugar. I think they should completely do away with the stocked fridge in the room with all the liquor with each item on weighted shelves. If you even pick one item up then you are charged for it. I could have used the refrigerator for leftovers and water bottles and it would have been more use to me as I brought my own adult beverages. No concierge on site was also a bit disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay but will probably find another resort to stay at next time with more amenities for the price."
