"Fellow Travelers, fantastic location.
This is an older hotel, 1978, so there are some signs of time.
The hotel and rooms are clean, unfortunately everything is showing the daily ware and tear and needs refreshing.
The staff seemed to be very friendly and helpful even during the chaos of check-in, check-out.
Restaurant staff, was nice cordial, except our last day. We had a new server who was rather unpolished for the job he was performing.
Food was done well, for breakfast...

"A special thank you to the hotel manager, Kate, as well as the director of operations, as well as Ron for coming up with options to my liking to remedy a big issue during check-in. There was a major problem with my pre-paid reservation thru Expedia and what was actually booked on the property. The staff, handled it exceptionally well."

"We stayed one night prior to our flight to Italy.
Hotel and staff are excellent.
Extended parking a total ripoff.
Parking is managed by a third party app. Beware. +$500 for a 3-week trip. Crazy."

"Staff not helpful when I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. Lighting in room was very dim, especially over sink in bathroom, I could barely see anything."

"The hotel is beautiful, incredibly clean, and very easy to navigate. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff..
they are absolutely amazing, caring, and super helpful. I had an extremely stressful arrival to Chicago, but the entire team went out of their way to check in on me every time I was coming or going. They are so personable and compassionate, and they turned a rough start into a wonderful stay.
