"Had a great stay at the Stratford. Location was great, only hiccup is that they don't have luggage storage if you arrive early or leave later in the day. They refer you across the street to store your bags for $8 a day. I didn't mind, but would have been nice to leave bag with the hotel. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place. "

"Amazing location. Hotel is clean. Staff are friendly. Nice restaurants nearby. The room is super small and so is the bathroom. The sink is not in the bathroom. It is in the main small room. View from the window is a wall with other rooms windows. Can pretty much see in the other rooms if the drapes are open. "

"This is a good deal for the clean and spacious room, which is about 10 minutes shuttle ride from SFO airport. Upon check-in, the hotel gave me a credit for items from their small hotel shop."

"View nice hotel for its proximity to pier 39. No breakfast but can make s’mores on firepit at night. Clean and comfortable rooms. It was pretty quiet when we stayed. Really enjoyed it would stay again."

"The rooms were modern and clean. The staff were extremely helpful with food suggestions and knowledge of the area and getting transportation to visit sites. Check in and check out were quick, friendly, and very easy. This was overall clean, affordable, friendly and perfect for my trip."

"Expensive valet parking. Housekeeping requests took almost 2 hours. No one at front desk during check out times and when someone did show up their attitude clearly reflected how they didn’t want to be there/assisting guests. "
