10/10 Excellent

"Room was spacious and clean. Best part was the staff. Everyone was friendly and was speedy when bringing things to your room. Only thing that was a concern was the way you could hear everything from the ground. There was a party downstairs and we heard the music and the dj like they were in the next room but we were all the way up on the 8th floor. Im sure it’s because of the way the building was laid out. Great stay otherwise."

"Staff are all friendly and helpful. One guy in housekeeping was especially nice, getting us towels because we used all ours at the amazing pool. The building is showing its age, but it’s well-maintained. The outdoor pool is fun, and the tables were always open for a quick meal and drinks while the kids splash around. Location is unbeatable for transit. BART station and all the rental car companies within a block or two. That makes it a great home base to explore all of Northern California. The hotel is close to everything Union Square has to offer, and I have to say the Square hasn’t looked this clean and busy since before the pandemic."

"We loved this hotel! It was close to almost everything, with things like Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Square about a 10-15 minute walk, and the added plus is the Walgreens right across the street. The rooms were cleaned everyday and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful with storing our suitcases and helping us around the city. The leisure areas around the hotel were awesome and very fun! I would 100% stay here again!"
