"The location of this hotel is the best thing about it. Easy to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39.
The hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired. The first room we were given was dark, dingy, and had cobwebs all over the ceiling. Front desk staff moved us to a new room which was smaller and overlooked the alley where cars pull in to the “front” of the hotel. It was loud at all hours.
If you’re looking for location, stay here.
If you’re looking for peace and quiet, I don’t recommend this property."
