"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not as advertised on Hotels.com and felt old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Check-in was fast, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of the experience.
When we arrived, the room had no toilet paper, no towels, and no blankets. The sink handle was dirty, the carpet had multiple stains, and the entire room felt dark and uncomfortable with only the restroom light, sink light, and one small lamp working.
There was also an unsafe-looking industrial wall adapter being used to connect the microwave, refrigerator, and TV all at once. To make matters worse, we found a roach in the restroom.
On the second day, staff were unwilling to properly accommodate us with clean towels, which added to the frustration. Overall, the hotel looked very beat up, unclean, and not properly cared for.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others."
