"The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. But it was lacking some essentials for the price we paid compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in SF. Such as a lighted or any kind of makeup mirror. And the light was not adjustable in the bathroom for putting makeup on. No place to conveniently hang a used hand towel or wash rag. Very little room to place toiletries for two guests. It would have been adequate for one person. Only two towels, which really isn’t enough for two people if you use one for your hair, and one for your body. No coffee maker and we were on the 5th floor. The room really just had the bare necessities. But it did have a very large tv, and although it was smart, it did not have HBO Max, Paramount+, Apple TV, Prime Video. Just YouTube. And Sling. And no instructions on how to operate. It was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. I’m not sure we would stay there again, unless we got a really good room rate."
