"The room was clean but the bed was very firm. The bathtub wouldn’t drain after its first use but they did fix it the next day. The breakfast was incredible. The staff were cheerful and helpful. It was in easy walking distance of everything I wanted to do while in San Francisco. I did however only had a view of the commercial air handler and roof, nothing else! That was the most disappointing, anything aside from the mechanics of the building and roof would have been appreciated. "
"Expedia you really messed up on this one all the pictures are on there is false advertisement supposedly the remodeling let me tell you they were disgusted the carpets were all stained the bathroom was peeling the walls on the walls had patches I wish I could upload pictures to show you or videos the shower peeling very upset with this experience I went down to the manager and he changed me to a different room which was worse just very upset because if it was just me by myself no worries but I did have my wife and family I've been using Expedia for over 12 years very upsetting you guys should follow through and check up on hotels. Worst thing was non-refundable I was stuck there"
"The hotel shuttle service was very helpful getting to and from the airport. However, the room although fairly clean leaves a lot to be desired. The spreads on both beds were covered with snags and should be discarded. The mini fridge was not leveled and fell out of its place every time it was opened.
Breakfast was very good with several options.
At check in, it would have been helpful for the staff to provide information on area businesses and the BART. I may stay again if the items noted are corrected as they are easy fixes that housekeeping management should have been aware of. "
