"The niceties at the Handlery start with the staff. Always attentive with a kind word spoken is exactly what you want your customer service to be. There are two buildings. If you stay in the Premiere Building there’s a nifty mechanical lift to take you from ground level to pool level to access the Premiere Building entrance. My single-king room was spacious with a work area, social area and full balcony. But the “cherry on top,” for me … the shower water pressure. No trickle down element in play here. Water cascaded from the shower spout like it was late for a very important date; steaming-hot too! May I also mention with the room fridge, I took advantage of the Trader Joe’s that’s just three blocks away and a tasty Korean-fusion spot, CoCoBang, that’s two blocks away. The Handlery is simply a win, Win, WiN establishment."
