"This is either the fourth or fifth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. It’s a great location and value for your money. It’s clean. It’s by the water as well as a fantastic little town called Burlingame where you can walk down into historic old town with great restaurants, stores and shops. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. There’s a free shuttle to and from the airport."

"Love this hotel , staff were all really friendly n helpful . Rooms were super clean and beds were really comfortable. Shower water pressure was amazing Hot water was so nice after a long day touring San Francisco. Location location location , near to bart station, cable car n took us like 20 mins to walk to Chinatown ."

"Parking was the only reason I didn’t rate this hotel higher. No valet, $80 for self parking in a building with very small spaces and narrow driving lanes. Could barely park a mid sized car. And the access to the parking structure is awkward on level 7 in a separate tower than check in."
