The Marker Union Square San Francisco

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is in a great location, and we loved the nearby Mexican restaurant. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a small bottle of wine and a bag of caramel popcorn, which was a nice touch. The complimentary continental breakfast on our first morning was exceptional. The food was well served, and the service was outstanding. The bartender that evening was also very friendly and conversational. We ordered a coffee nightcap, and they went above and beyond to make it just right. The only downside was breakfast service the following morning. The waitress seemed pleasant at first, but after we mentioned that we were using the complimentary continental breakfast, her attitude changed. The service felt rushed, we weren't offered refills on our coffee, and the overall experience wasn't nearly as welcoming as the day before. Overall, we loved the hotel, its location, and the excellent service from most of the staff. Aside from that one breakfast experience, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return."

"Convenient for the airport, with a half-hourly shuttle bus. A comfortable hotel, with a good restaurant, excellent breakfasts and very pleasant staff. A pleasant stay albeit brief."

"We have stayed here before and had a great experience. This time our first room had a smoke smell to it so I went back to the front desk and they immediately switched our room, no questions asked. I was very appreciative since we didn’t want our clothes to smell as we went out. The rooms are great! Clean, good amenities, and beautiful views! The location is walkable and close to a great little bakery. Parking is one of the cheaper in SF and is very secure, you have to key in and out of the gate."

"Honestly I would highly recommend this hotel. There were a few annoying factors. Since I used the app there is a self check-in, which did not work for me or the traveler next to me. We had had a long ride to the hotel and just wanted to check in quietly and it became very annoying. Once the employee helped me check in all was good. Loved the pool area and walk to various attractions."

"Amazing Hotel really close to the embarcadero. This hotel is located in the financial district between the places to visit. Staff was great like always and there's lots of parking nearby. Room was clean and air conditioning was amazing."
