"Clean hotel at a convenient central location. This is a great location if you are planning to visit San Francisco's many popular locations via public transportation and/or Uber. Things to consider: Parking is pricey and can fill up as its first come first serve. The area one to two blocks west of the hotel is not a great area (Tenderloin) and I recommend avoiding walking through the area for your safety. This wasn't an issue for my wife and I as we were aware to avoid the area. Security at the hotel was good and we never didn't feel safe once we were at the hotel. If we were visiting with our children, we would most likely try to find another location a bit more north and/or east from the Tenderloin area. Overall great experience!"
