"Every thing was great accept for the wait on the water filling station and the check in person reciting the same line about early check for the next 3 people. Myself and 2/3 had got early reservations from Hotels . com And each time “it’s $75 but here is a discount so $50” Hotels said all 3 had $50 early booking confirmed. Either Hotels lies or the hotel clerk never got the memo and instead made us all feel bad for arriving early"

"Good location in Nob Hill. Our room was on the 20th floor and the views were breath taking. Loved that they had a bell man to help with luggage. He was waiting for us with the door open and did a room tour! Not expecting that at a Holiday Inn. "
