"I travel a lot and a comfortable bed and a quiet room is important to me as well as local eateries and shopping. This hotel did not disappoint, in fact it exceeded expectations. Staff felt like family with their willingness to make you feel at home. Honestly, I wasn't looking forward to my trip to San Francisco but I'll be back."
