"Doubletree Hilton Prado is my go to hotel whenever I’m in Madrid. The rooms are spotless, the amenities are great, and the staff is wonderful. Location is safe and walking distance to all. It was 100°F when I was a Madrid and the air conditioning is nice and cold. Bed is comfortable, bathroom spotless."

"We were OK with the property however it is listed as a four-star hotel and it’s definitely not a four-star hotel. It needs serious updating. The headboard was tattered the walls near the baseboard were dirty and it just need an overall update."

Wonderful location…easy walk to the Prado, the Botanical Gardens and Jardín de Retiro, Plaza Major…lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops near by My sons and I were in Madrid for a wedding. The staff here is very kind and helpful, and they speak English. Room was exceptional…clean, comfortable beds, coffee maker in room…the hotel offers complimentary coffee and snacks every afternoon. The hotel itself is a work of art! I enjoyed taking the stairs over the elevator...

"Nice hotel, not quite as close to the centre of the city as we’d have liked but that was more our oversight than the hotels. Very helpful friendly staff and in a very safe feeling location. Parking was a little more difficult than expected but we managed to get a space outside the hotel for free because the parking is free after 3pm on Saturday and completely free on Sundays."

"We had a wonderful stay at Vincci The Mint Madrid, even though it was only for one night. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the location was excellent for exploring Madrid. The hotel has a modern and stylish atmosphere, and all the facilities were well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on a future visit to Madrid.
