"Excellent helpful staff. They assisted with directions, bus lines and more. The breakfast was excellent. Had a lovely meal in the dining area. The cappuccino in the restaurant/bar was excellent. Every staff member was pleasant, friendly and helpful."

"The place was spotless. Beds comfortable. Lovely and quiet. The breakfast was good but people had to keep asking for cups plates spoons butter etc , they didn’t seem to be able to keep up . I was sharing with my sister and found the en-suite rather disconcerting as the door didn’t fully close and it was all frosted glass. Other than this we had a nice stay ."

"While you could walk 20 minutes from the airport they have a 24 hour shuttle back and forth from the airport and tram to downtown. This was very helpful. They were amazingly cheerful as they sent me to my 5am flight."

"Close to the airport with a much better rate. A nice bar with reasonable prices and 24 hour coffee station. Continental breakfast was okay, nothing hot. The only item that was a bit of a nuisance was the light in the WC that came on bright in the middle of the night if someone used it.. A nightlight would be much better. Ordered takeaway and ate in the dining room. Uber rate was reasonable as most cafes or eateries were close by."

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The local is a quiet, residential street, that is close to many restaurants, bus stops, and airport bus."
