"It was my husband’s first time in the city. We enjoyed the unique-ness of this hotel and that it wasn’t like a standard hotel we might have stayed anywhere else. It really helped to show off city life. "

"Inside the hotel was wonderful. There are areas outside on the hyatt building with hundreds of trashy stickers, and exsessive old urine stains on the building around the corner. I understand, its NYC and there's homeless. But it seemed it was like that a long time. Inside was very beautiful and taken care of. I would come back. "

"Staff was very helpful with recommendations for food/restaurant suggestions and New York experiences plus they gave us great directions on how to get around the city using the subway."

"The only issue I had was the water in the shower did not get hot. I told the front desk but I was only there for one night. Everything else was great! "
