"This hotel is a hidden gem. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic location. I was able to walk to most attractions. I also appreciated how quickly they responded to requests"

"Room was clean and nice, decent pizza shop across the street, nearby grand central. A/c was a little wacky in our room where it was either really cold or too warm but regardless wasn’t bad. "

"Location is perfect for easy travel around the city, even with kids; it’s right above grand central station and transportation was easily accessible. The hotel is clean and modern however I had to call every single day for additional towels as they would often only 1 or 2 towels total. Also, although there are multiple elevators, there was always a line and a long wait time. The hotel also doesn’t offer a workspace area but they offer charging you a fee for a private space to use if needed....
