"I can see why someone would be tricked into staying here if they weren’t from New York and thought they were getting an ideal location as it’s on Stone Street, but this is a hotel for people who don’t know how to stay at hotels. It’s terrible. The staff is terrible if you want absolutely no service. This is the place for you."

Youthful staff, they had good energy. 6.5 Room - Real small, as a 6’4 person, your legs will hang off the bed. The shower curtains don’t go down to the floor, so you will have a pool of water outside of the shower. Still clean and has good views of the city. 5.7 Dining - I saw they had a bar but I didn’t partake in it so I won’t review that piece. N/a/10 Service...

"Up on checking Recipition was very unwelcome not even interested to answer question any ways it was for me to stay since I had no option besides I would have left from that place and the pic on Expedia and the size of the room is very small on the pic it looks big room since I booked king size it was not the way I expected it besides room was clean no complain but Recipition very rude so unprofessional "

"Room was clean! Eva was amazing! It was my sons 13th birthday and she had a piece of cake ordered to the room… it made his day!! And ours too… honestly its the little things sometimes. We always book the sheraton when staying in Niagara. Love the convenience of everything…thank you!"

The carpet in the hallways is very worn and needs a good cleaning. There was debris on the floor outside our room and after a 4 day stay, it was still there. "This was a very unfortunate experience. The room was filthy and was definitely not cleaned well from previous guests. The elevators were under construction so the lines were very long getting upstairs - 20 minutes to go up at one point. The staff denied the problem when it was addressed at checkout. "

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it.
