"Hotel staff and welcoming and helpful. Cookie on arrival was a lovely surprise. Hotel is clean, our room was pretty basic but had everything we needed. We ate in the bar area and the menu was really good, staff in there are great too. Overall a good stay."

"Room in a diff location you have to walk down the road to ask reception staff for help. Limited parking in a compound"

"Hotel is in need of desperate upgrade, but I guess it is a well used venue. My room was functional but small and luckily stayed at the beginning of summer, could not see that any heating worked. Bathroom was ok but again needed upgrade on amenities, final day shower ran cold so no hot water!"

"There was honestly very little to appreciate about this experience. We specifically booked this hotel because it was only a 25 minute walk from the festival we were attending. However, after arriving, paying for the room, filling parpersork and being charged a £100 so-called “pre-authorisation,” we were informed that there was no room available due to a bathroom issue. "The stay was very good, the apartment was absolutely gorgeous and spotless. The only problem was probably the checking time being 3pm mid afternoon. but other than that there was no issue."

"Cheap room but conveniently located near Ilford Station. Codes needed for access to main door and hotel room. Rooms look dated and bare basics are there. It's in keeping with price, but if paying over £45-50, find a travelodge."
