"I think on the whole this is good value for money, the kitchen/waitress got our supper order wrong so my friend and I ate separately. Our room was very cold and it was not possible to turn off the A/C but the reception staff did their best to sort it out."

"I stayed here for nine nights. Hotel is conveniently located near the DLR train. The room was super clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job everyday. Staff was this hotel was very hospitable and welcoming. The restaurant has nice menu options. Ate dinner there a few times. Breakfast is buffet options. Hot and cold foods. No complaints about breakfast. I don’t drink alcohol but they have a nice bar. I would recommend this place to stay. The area is not busy. It’s secluded and quiet. "

"Great hotel to stay at if your going to the Abba Voyage show. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel staff excellent, really helpful and nothing was any bother. Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient. "

"Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables."

"I recently stayed at YOTELPAD Stratford and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. We also found someone else’s hair in the shower, and there was noticeable dust on the tables and kitchenette area, which made the room feel neglected. "Great location for going to a concert at O2 ! Room upgraded which was fab. Breakfast was great. Good selection still at 10am and refilling with freshly cooked food. Leisure facilities great. Enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel was modern chic but very minimal when it comes to the aesthetic of the rooms. My only complaint was we did not have enough space to put our stuff out with two people in the room. Ideally we would have had a wider or longer shelf for us to put our stuff on. It was a small room so eating in the room was challenging but we may do. And it fit perfectly for our purpose, very close to the train station and the city center airport. I really liked the lobby and the photo booth however I must...

"We like this hotel as it is reasonably priced, has a 24hr gym, half decent pool, sauna and steam room. It is also 2 minutes away from the DLR (docklands light railway) giving easy access to central London and the west end. We always book parking through 'Your Parking Space' If you do this you can cut that car parking costs in half although you will have a 5 minute walk to the hotel itself."

"Twin room was ‘compact’, bed were actually touching. Comfy beds & nice bathroom with great lighting & mirrors for doing makeup. Breakfast was pretty decent with good choice of hot food, cold food & pastries. Location great for ABBA Voyage, you could walk, hotel ordered us a taxi for £7. Staff are what really make this hotel, every member of staff was delightful and super helpful. "
