"The property and the surrounding areas were very nice and clean. The only 2 things I didn’t like that can easily be fixed were housekeeping not cleaning our room entirely and small nit pick of the breakfast area. In our room, the kitchen suite utensils were bent. The shower gels were not refilled, and our garbage was not cleaned. We also spoke with guest services to get two additional pillows (4 total) because the first two were flat. The dining room for breakfast was nice inside. Ofcoarse...

"I booked this hotel based on shuttle to and from the Disney parks. I call after next morning when we’re on the way to make sure of this service as well as a few other things. We asked what times that the shuttle service runs and their response was twice a day in just the morning and now I have to drive to the park and pay $35 on top of now the nonsense parking fee to stay at this hotel is ridiculous as well!! I couldn’t cancel the reservation due to being that day without losing all my money....
