"The Gaylord Palms in Orlando is one of my favorite resorts to stay at while in Orlando. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always genuinely kind. Food options are awesome although most shut down rather early. The property at the holiday season is just, memorable with the decor. "

"It was very clean. Staff was there all the way. I even left my purse there after checking out. There were no issues trying to get it back., I actually had to stay another night because there were no more flights heading to my town. The staff helped me out tremendously.. nice pools, splash pad. Golf etc. thank you so much again. "
