The staff were gracious. Although there was some construction in the lobby, it did not interrupt our stay. The location was great and convenient for local transportation or walking. The room was clean and larger than we expected. The beds were comfortable. We loved the windows for a view of the city. We would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay! It is really close and within walking distance to gaslamp and petco park. Although, there are no eating spots in the hotel. There are plenty of options within walking distance. Front Desk was helpful. Valet was great. Beds were comfortable. And the AC worked great on a hot day.

The Hotel location appears to be the only positive. The staff Robert appears to be nice, polite and helpful. No other staff showed any interest for out presence. The room was located in a nice direction BUT it was not clean as it should be. Garbage and dust around the beds and under the beds. No towels were provided and it was necessary contact Robert for this items. The mattresses are in the WORST condition. There is not way a person can rest in the beds, including the pillows that are a disaster. No shower gel was provided for the last 3 days, and unfortunately the shower drain was clogged. The experience at the hotel was not satisfactory, it is a shame!!!!!!
