Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this hotel. We arrived around noon, only to be told our room wasn’t ready yet — understandable, but I had specifically requested a room facing the street. The receptionist told me I’d need to come back in a couple of hours. We returned around 7 PM, expecting things to be sorted, only to find they had given us a smaller room facing a brick wall.
To make matters worse, they admitted the earlier receptionist had taken note of my request but failed to pass it on to the night shift. The room itself was stuffy and suffocating — the window couldn’t even be opened. In the middle of the night, I had trouble breathing and had to turn on the AC, which was incredibly loud and kept me up most of the night.
The amenities were nearly nonexistent — not even basic toiletries. Just one tiny bar of soap. On top of that, the hotel has no elevator, and we were placed on the third floor, so we had to carry our luggage up all the stairs ourselves.
Parking was another nightmare: not only was it extremely inconvenient, but it also cost $42 a night — far too much for what this hotel offers.
Overall, this was a very poor experience and definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
