"When I booked through Expedia I chose this location due to the free Breakfast. After booking I received a message that they no longer offer breakfast. Everything looked Beautiful in pictures, but when I got to the room it was so creepy I wanted to leave, but didn't want to lose my money so I stayed and the AC Unit was so loud at night I couldn't sleep well. Tried calling front desk in the morning, but no answer. The pool and hot tub were nice although not too clean. Instead of requesting...

"Good clean property and close to downtown. Rooms were smaller but sufficient. Grounds staff always friendly. Front desk staff was fine but always trying to upsell. Beware of $30USD per night destination and resort fee not covered by Expedia. Try hard to also sell bay view Rooms for extra $20USD per night. City view Rooms are fine. Weird too that they have 2 airport shuttles but tell you they aren't for guests. Speak to the drivers directly and they will take you. Desk will tell you otherwise....

"The staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room was handicap accessible & the bathroom looked to be newly renovated. Bathroom was spacious & clean. Upon entering the bedroom area, the carpet was black, sticky, & filthy. We had to wear shoes so it did not get on our feet. The area of carpet closest to the wall was grey, a stark difference from blackness around the bed. Please clean your rugs. Other than that, it was a good place to stay."
