Beautiful property with access to the Marina and Marina shops. Our room was exceptional. Very clean and nicely decorated. We had a balcony room facing the Marina and City which the views were more stunning at night. Great access to lots of things like the Gaslamp District and Coronado Island. Great staff, who were extremely happy to help and accommodating.

The rooms are clean, the mattresses are hot great, same for the pillows. The wait for the South tower elevators can be 10 minutes at busy times. The amenity fee is pointless and pretty much a money grab.

Very clean and modern property. The best part was the balcony view of the city. The only problem that I did have was the hotel was really close to the train tracks and the train constantly came, and you can hear the noise but other than that it was not problematic.

Great location and accommodations. Our biggest issues was that 3 of the 5 elevators were working causing a bottleneck of guests trying to get to the lobby. Some opted to take the stairs 12 floors down after waiting more than 10 minutes!

From check-in to check-out—and everything in between—our stay was absolutely picture-perfect! The entire staff represented hospitality in every sense of the word. From the warm welcome to the exceptional service throughout our stay, we truly felt valued as guests. At one point, I accidentally left my phone in another part of the hotel. After a quick walk to the front desk, I was relieved to find that someone had already turned it in and it was safely waiting for me. That experience alone speaks volumes about the staff, the guests, and the atmosphere this hotel creates. Honestly, five stars just doesn’t seem high enough to express how wonderful our experience was. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be returning in the future!
