"Not bad not great. The place needs some upkeep, but they trying. You can tell at one time this was a very nice place, but that was a time ago. The beach is nice and the AC worked for the most part. There is limited dining close by. And we did see a couple cockroaches in the place. One was huge. For what we were doing on vacation I think I would have been happier staying at the Marriott in KK for MYR 20 less a night. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, this is an older hotel and for a similar price you could stay at some of the newer hotels in KK."
