We really enjoyed our stay at Le Méridien, we spent 4 nights. It was comfortable and quiet, the room was a very good size, there are some minor maintenance issues, but nothing to concerning. Breakfast was very good, great range of options and the staff were excellent. The location was also second to none

The hotel location is fantastic. We had a sea facing room and had a wonderful view of the ocean and mountains in the background, as well as fishing boats. The gym is also well equipped - multiple stationary bikes, treadmills, exercise machines. The only down side is that there is a strong odor of cigarettes in there all the time. May be due to bad air circulation in that room. There is also a nice outdoor pool. The breakfast buffet was very good, with lots of local and western choices. Hotel staff are wonderful, very helpful, polite and customer focused.

Nice, clean hotel and restaurant buffet was always awesome when I chose to eat there. There is other nice restaurants in the area within walking distance too, not about to try the street food here, it's nothing like Penang. Outside the property the streets and sidewalk are in very poor condition, trash and garbage everywhere, hawkers etc.

I had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, reflecting the high standards of the housekeeping staff. The front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent local recommendations. Room was very huge. I think maybe 8 people can sleep in our room. The ocean view was amazing and the sunset was the best in my life. The elevators were very fast and the staffs are very kind.

This is a very fine modern hotel located in the heart of Kota Kinabulu. We particularly appreciated the fact that it was a short walk to the restaurant row on the waterfront which offered outdoor seating and a variety of cuisines.
