The only issue during our stay was the A/C; it was not so good during the night. I did not report it because we were busy all day and never remembered to do it. Beside of that, great hotel.

Perfect weekend getaway to relax and unwind. Rooms are in excellent condition. LOVED the oversized jacuzzi on the balcony. Staff are always in good spirits. I recommend the early morning breakfast in the reserve, definitely worth the 5am wake up call.

Nice staying, staff is really kind and helpful always. They have servals actitites to provide to the guests (free or charges) in the island. Good place for relaxing holiday.

Overall we had a pleasant stay, although we do not know how the other hotels at KK are like. Staffs were really friendly and helpful. Gaya Island is a short boat ride from Kota Kinabalu. The Marine resort only has boat journeys at set times of the day.
