Banyan Tree Bintan

Banyan Tree Bintan

10/10 Excellent
"Our stay at Banyan Tree Bintan was absolutely wonderful. The resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, tranquillity, and natural beauty. Surrounded by lush tropical greenery and overlooking the stunning South China Sea, it is an ideal destination for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Luna provided a warm introduction and helped us settle in seamlessly. Being personally welcomed by members of the management team, Rudy and Ibnu, was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise. Their presence reflected the genuine commitment of both management and staff to ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay. Our One-Bedroom Villa with an infinity pool was spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The villa offered spectacular views while maintaining complete privacy, creating the perfect retreat. The housekeeping team, particularly Mul, Darwis, Daus, and Alfi, were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Their dedication and attention to detail ensured we always felt well cared for. The evening turndown service provided by Tilik and Wendy was a highlight of each day. Their exceptional service and thoughtful touches made our stay feel truly special. The resort's peaceful atmosphere, breathtaking surroundings, diverse dining options, and outstanding spa facilities further enhanced the experience."
