I LOVE this place. I tend not to do reviews, but Banyan Tree overwhelmed me with their amazing service, their food (all 3 restaurants are amazing and plus this is the breakfast spread EVER). The rooms are spacious, great views, and such a honeymoon experience. The spa is not cheap, but they give you such great services that justify the price. We stayed here 5 days and never left the site. Having access to the two adjacent properties with a nice beach and gym. (We also walked around them and realized that Banyan Tree is so so much better of a place to stay). 15 out of 10 loved this place.

This is one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed at - everything was perfect. The room was amazing, breakfast was amazing, staff was amazing. Exceptional from start to finish!

Overall the stay was good, service is good. A lot of the activities were fully booked, it would be good to let guests know in advance what they can book and arrange in advance. The bed was too high though, so not very elderly friendly for future reference. Staff were amazing, they helped catch some unknown buzzing insect that had found its way into our bathroom. Thankful for that.

The room is spacious with beautiful sea view. Buggy service is responsive to bring us around the resort. The restaurant (The Cove and Saffron) serves delicious food with nice ambience. The service of the staff (notably Lilis, Yusuf, Atomy and Wendy) are excellent and in fact above my expectations: they went the extra mile to make our stay really memorable with romantic decorations for our wedding anniversary and they also prepared two cakes for us (one for our wedding anniversary and another one for my birthday) and they sang me a birthday song. The roof that sheltered the seats in front of the jacuzzi leaked during rain - believe it can be repaired.

A jewel within a short ferry from Singapore. It’s one of the top class hotel with great views. The restaurants serve excellent food and the hospitality at the hotel is beyond excellence. Spa facilities was like an icing on the cake.

This was my second time to Banyan Tree Bintan. It’s a very peaceful beautiful resort, a wonderful place to relax and recharge your batteries. Staff are wonderful, services and amenities are great. One thing to note- the resort isn’t close to shops, no regular taxi service & to hire car/driver usually has a minimum 4hr rate.

We enjoyed interacting with the staff who were all very friendly. Was great to be able to walk around the very hilly resort or if we wanted, there was always a buggy and driver there to offer a lift. Didnt like the outdoor pool area in our villa, was not very inviting or enough shade.
