"Bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Floor water trap full of gunk and dust/dirt/plastic top behind bathroom door was yuk. Toilet brush was gross. Everywhere else was really clean. Could like to have had somewhere to hang clothes to dry that couldn't go in a dryer. Staff were fabulous as was the location. "

Great activities for the kids for Easter however no engagement or animation from the staff. On the staff, they seemed generally disinterested which is unlike an Accor hotel. "Right in the heart of broadbeach with easy access to the beach and everything else. Just perfect"

"Re-furbished bedroom with ample space and balcony overlooking the esplanade so ocean view. The bathroom and tiles always gives away the age of the property. The bathroom sink did have a large crack in it. Shower was really powerful with instant hot water. Room climate control was on the cool side. Opening the door onto the balcony does switch it off. Bar and restaurant on ground floor so very convenient for a late arrival. Plenty of choice for the breakfast buffet."
