"Hotel was close to tram service, and convenience stores, however if wasn't mentioned on the booking site that a large 90 storey building site, currently at level 29, was directly opposite our room, producing a lot of noise from 6.30am ish to early evenings. The balcony couldn't be used due to the noise. It wasn't until after we booked that we were informed the large outdoor swimming pool with very nice beach was closed for maintenance. We didn't swim in the spa or pool as the water looked...

"Beautiful property, well maintained, quiet and enjoyable enough to not want to leave the room."

"Location was great - walking distance to shops and beach. Dislikes - day core was very tired - windows needed cleaning inside (got told not the cleaners job - done 2 or 3 times a year - baby toddler hand prints all over the windows. Carpet stained and nearly in holes in one area. Opened the washing machine to find someone's washing (not cleaned) in the washing machine - put in sink and told reception - it was still there when we left. Fridge and freezer were dirty inside - had to wipe them...
