"Great property and location, but lots of issues. Firstly, the check in is extremely complicated, despite their "videos." Secondly, they provided two rolls of toilet paper for three people over four days (?!?!?). Thirdly, to connect to wi-fi, you need wi-fi, which makes no sense. Fourthly, - "extra" towels cost $3 (not expensive, but it is it the principle). They "allow" you to pay $50 to avoid the $250 refundable deposit, but the $50 is not refundable. "This accomodation is near to Q1 skyscraper, it is within walking distance to SkyPoint Observation Deck."

"The room was great, overlooking the pool, and very sunny. The deck was very large. The room itself did show signs of wear and tear though. The hot water tap was broken and it took about 4 days to get a plumber in to fix it. Otherwise very happy with the place"
