The staff are helpful and courteous I did not try the breakfast Beach view was not as i was expecting from where I was booked, I thought it will be fronting the beach itself, but anyway it was my first time if Surfers Paradise, so I did not know much. But overall it is ok."

"The apartment was a great size and had everything we needed. Location was perfect. The pool area was lovely and the pool kiosk was great! My only negatives are that there is currently a massive building site next door and they start noisy works at 6:30am every day so no sleep ins! Also, eat breakfast at the pool kiosk and not the indoor restaurant because it was very average for the cost. "

"We had hinterland views with partial glimpse of the ocean, as expected. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms good size. Separate laundry area with dryer, ironing board etc was good. Bring your own clothes hangers, as there was only a single hanger on the second bedroom wardrobe space. Secure access to each floor is provided via swipe card for lift access."

"Excellent hotel for families. We had a fantastic time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to walk or catch the tram to surfers paradise. The rooms were great, a little worn, but comfortable and the aircon works great. You spend hardly any time in your room anyway. I would recommend spending as much time at the hotel as you can as the kids will get a lot out of the facilities, the activities and the opportunity to make friends."

"Had all the needs required. close to beach close to shopping. suite was comfortable and clean. Bonus for the washer dryer.. perfect place to stay. made my holiday very comfortable "

"Liked: Perfect location to get around central Surfers, epic view from balcony. Large apartment, perfect for family of 4. Comfy beds. Disliked: Huge clump of hair left hanging out of shower drain. Dryer would only work with about 5 items, majority of load had to be hung on a small rack. Dishwasher did not work. No salt, pepper, conditioner, tea, coffee etc. Collecting and dropping keys from Orchid Ave when driving and staying at Soul wasn't ideal, wasn't too bad as we knew the area but could be difficult if you didn't. Apartment and furnishings quite dated."
