Most I liked is courteous staff and always there to help and helped with smile on their face. My luggage was already there in our room before even we reached to room. Room was nicely decorated with welcome message and welcome gift too.

Lovely modern hotel right on the Esplanade in Cairns. We were on a high floor with a balcony and the view was amazing. Staff was friendly, the work out facilities were great and the Whiskey and Wine bar had great cocktails.

What a wonderful stay at Crystal Brook Flynn. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was very easy for is to walk from the Pier where we had multiple trips back and forth for various island and reef tours. There was plenty of nearby food options and grocery store as well. The staff really went above and beyond, as our last night had a super early check out due to our flight and they helped us out. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Crystalbrook Flynn has a beautiful view of Cairns, is located right next to the esplanade, has easy access to a ton of restaurants within 30 seconds of the hotel, and has a few dining options on site along with multiple pools. The hotel employees were very helpful as well!
