Although there were renovations taking place in the main foyer / reception desk disruption was minimal. Very friendly staff

Great location close to beach, cafes, restaurants and transport links. Pool area is lovely too. The rooms, while clean and tidy, are a little dated with bathrooms especially wanting a bit of an upgrade.

Great centrally located hotel, nice room, great pool and walking distance to restaurants, beach and supermarket.

Ideal place to stay especially for functions at the Sharks

Great staff. Awesome ocean view. Woolworth's Grocery on ground floor. Close to absolutely everything. Fantastic kitchen. Huge balcony. W O W sunrise over the ocean view. This is a must stay place.

Pool was great for the kids. Would have liked to have internet I didn't have to pay for and also towels for pool would be nice for guests that are staying without paying a fee, Even know the room is only serviced weekly it would have been nice to get more towels for the room without a fee also. Overall ...

Everything was great! Carpark was very secure! If anything maybe just double check the kitchen pots, pans and trays etc! We didn’t have any! But other than that everything was perfect!

Customer service was outstanding. The candles burning in the reception area were lovely and gave the property and warm homely feel. The oven and dishwasher didn't appear to be operational.

The outside was looking a bit run down, especially the side facing Pacific Fair. There could have been a few more things provided in the apartment such as salt & pepper, microwave safe containers and bin liners that actually fitted the bin. We enjoyed the gym.
