"We stayed at Hilton Nigra falls for two nights and everything about this hotel was 5 star, from the location to be close and central to main attractions, to restaurants on site, politeness and helpfullness of the staff to the amazing large rooms with super comfortable beds and breat taking view of the fall. The only challenge was the parking, hotel parking was fully booked and was $50 per night. We had to park across the street like less than 5 min walk but it would have been nice to be able to...

"I stayed at this hotel every week for about 4 months because of my job. The best thing about this hotel is that it’s close to everything. Grand Central Terminal is right next door. Times Square is in walking distance. The subway, metro north and the Long Island Railroad is next door. 5 th avenue is one block away. This hotel is a little dated and could use some renovations. The furniture is a little old. This hotel is a little pricey but the location is excellent."

"We had a great stay. After reading all the negative reviews I was worried. The check in line is long and the hotel is very crowded but that was the only negative. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfy. We used the 35$ daily fee for coffee and snacks. We also took advantage of the free 2 hour bike rental. Great location."

"Room temp could not be controlled. Got hot at night in April. A ceiling fan would be helpful. Mini fridge in room would be a nice addition. Loved the proximity to theaters and restaurants."
