Reasonably priced while being only walkable distance from the falls. It is near to the Flixibus bus stop too. Nice breakfast with multiple options especially while travelling with families with kids. And has multiple options for lunch and dinner nearby.

Location is close to Niagara Falls State Park. Breakfast was good.Breakfast staff members were nice. Our room was on the 1st floor. Loud noises from above us were bothersome. Poor insulation perhaps. Lock on door connecting adjoining room didn’t work.

The room was clean, however, the bathroom had hair all over the floor. The beds are comfortable and clean that's a plus. We have visited this property a few times over the years and I can tell it's getting old. Maintenance seems to be lacking overall.

Things we liked-friendly staff who went out of their way to help us find our lost pillow, decent breakfast, good coffee, comfortable beds, convenient location within walking distance of the falls, quiet room, working fitness center. Things they can improve-pool was murky and “sour-tasting,” our bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived, there were chunks of missing caulk around the bathroom shower, the bottom hinge on our bathroom door was broken, and a fire alarm went off at 6:30 A.M. one morning for a solid 2 minutes which was awful (no real fire fortunately-someone must have pulled the alarm).

Location was great, the breakfast was good, staff was friendly. However, the hotel is outdated and not super clean. Beds and towels were clean but that's about it. Hallways were dirty. Our fridge was dirty, tv wouldn't work, and the curtains were stained. Overall it is an ok place to stay for the location and price. It would be much nicer if everything was just cleaned better.
