"Good afternoon. I am writing to notify expedia thaf my recent stay at the Hotel and the City had an issue w/ rodents that we did not notice until the morning of checkout. We were in NYC for NYU graduation and were quite busy only using the room to dress and sleep. I woke up the next morning and found mice droppings on the pillow and table next to me. we left quickly. "Perfect location! Couldn’t have been nicer inside & affordable for my weekend stay for a graduation event! Close to subway & walking everywhere. Appreciated the overnight security person in the building at night & the elevator for my bags. And the tip for storing luggage at a Bounce app managed location around the corner at Heavenly Deli worked perfectly to bridge the time gap between checkout & leaving the city. Would definitely stay again!"
