"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Chegamos pro check in 6h30, o recepcionista foi muito simpático, nos foi oferecido o café da manhã e a partir das 7h disponibilizaram o armazenamento das malas. A maioria dos vôos chegam de manhã e o check in começa às 16h. O quarto é pequeno mas a cama e os travesseiros são confortáveis. A cortina tem um ótimo blackout, o quarto fica bem escuro. O chuveiro é bom, esquenta mas não tem um grande fluxo de água. O elevador lota rápido, então quem fica nos primeiros andares perde muito tempo pra...

"What a great location in Times Square. We had a “Ball Drop Room” corner room and the view of the activity in Times Square was just as entertaining as the city itself. The staff is amazing. Juan at the entrance, David at check in, Kevin on the way out, were true professionals. In fact the entire staff was great to interact with. Would definitely recommend The Tempo Times Square Hilton for anyone that is wanting to visit New York City. "

"This is a unique property. Very urban chic. The rooms are comfortable with furnishings that are a bit different (concrete post, wall and ceiling but it works! Huge windows overlooking the city and the staff was very personable and helpful. Need recommendations for dinner or attractions, just ask. You will not be disappointed. "
