"Great pool area"

"The hotel was beautiful with a nice view I must say. But I’m not use to booking any hotel and not have my room cleaned daily I was there for 3 days and they made sure to tell us that our rooms won’t be cleaned I found that a little disturbing tbh next time I’ll get a place where they actually clean your room."

"Close to attractions and convenient WEGO bus stops. Elevator were slow and often had to wait 10+ minutes for one. Elevator doors also unexpectedly closes hard on you and doesn’t open back up. Two people had to pry them open to free me - My elbows got smashed. Luckily it wasn’t the kids that got hit."

"I loved the unique shape of the hotel. I loved the observation floor. The views of Niagara Falls were amazing while we enjoyed our morning coffee."

"Small space with huge advantages! Staff was helpful and awesome with answering questions and offering free tours daily. Location was the best ! Breakfast was great . Lounge very nice and cozy. The bar is very nice. Great vibe in the lobby area the decor and music were great. View from my window was awesome ! Short walk to everywhere and subway literally next door! I highly recommend. Very affordable as well."

"After traveling for 6 hours we were told that the hotel was booked due to flooding in another part of Canada. We were moved to a different hotel. Hyatt Regency and our room was nice. The view was amazing!"

"Staff was very professional and courteous. Accommodations were clean and tidy. The one thing that was missing would have to be a coffee/tea bar, for those early morning travelers who need a jolt to get motivated."

"Everything about the hotel room was amazing, truly! The parking cost is wild though, which brings my star rating down. I decided to park at a local motel to save $. Hopefully they can review their parking costs to make this more affordable for their guests in the future. Also, do not go to the Starbucks in the hotel - their prices are much higher and they charge an additional tax. 2 drinks and 2 pastries was $39!"

"Wish there was a fridge in the room and a little more updated however the location was excellent. The garage where we stored our car for the weekend was a block away and the subway was right outside our hotel. Highly recommend."

"The place is beautiful in the lobby but the room are super tiny and the phone didn’t work in the room. Other than that it was a great location close to everything!"

"Ubicación EXCELENTE, para el precio por noche SUPER excelente. Limpio en todas las áreas. Aún con servicios dañados por construcción en edificios cercanos. Tienen entretenimiento musicales en las tardes. Lo si necesitan es personal bilingue pues varios huéspedes no hablan inglés."

"I dunno if these reviews are fake or not but the room was terrible. The mattress was difficult to sleep on, the bed didn't have a proper duvet - it looked like they merged two duvet covers together, the room always felt hot despite the a/c running at high. Overall the room was terrible and I expected a lot more from the Hyatt brand. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff."
