"悪天候の中での旅行でしたが、ホテル内の施設・アクティビティが充実しておりとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。ホテルまでの交通ルートが1本しかなく、渋滞すると迂回が出来ません。またコンビニが遠いのが少し難点なくらいで、あとは最高でした。"

The included dinner and breakfast was also amazing, with traditional and western options for breakfast. Try the Hakone loop bus, boat, rope line (ie gondola) and cable car attraction when you’re staying. "

"Location of this hotel is very good, just 2 minutes walk to the train station. Very quiet and the room is spacious compared to those in Tokyo. The breakfast buffet is the best I had during our trip in Japan, which offers both Japanese and western style food. Hot spring bath is excellent, and I enjoyed very much. Highly recommend it if anyone travels to Hakone. Will definitely stay again in future. "

Bei 2 Personen und großem Gepäck muss man sich möglicherweise arrangieren mit der Ablage. Was schade ist - auch wenn es eine Regel der Kette, nicht des individuellen Hotels ist - das man nach dem Checkout nicht die Möglichkeit hat ggf sein Gepäck noch ein paar Stunden aufbewahren zu können.
