"The property was clean and we were offered to change rooms due to an issue with our AC, which we appreciated. The only place to get alcoholic drinks prior to 10:00 AM is the sports bar, and you have to be clothed to go inside, so if you’re early risers, or poolside early, this isn’t very convenient. If you want coffee outside your room, you are limited to the Sports Bar and the buffet. The other two bar areas (closest to one of the 4 pools and some of the rooms) do not open until 10:00 AM. "We enjoyed our stay but I wish the bars and mini club stayed opened longer. Also, I wish there were actual places for food to eat throughout the day. The restaurants opened at 6pm. Dinner should start at 4 but that’s only a recommendation. Beautiful hotel and our room with the shower was amazing. We rented a car and parking at the hotel was free so that was a plus. "We were scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but the staff were so slow that we had to wait 30 minutes at the reception. Conversely, although check-out was at 12 PM, they rushed us into our room at 11 AM. The food was delicious and the pool was nice. However, the water in the overwater villas was dirty and covered in a lot of algae, so you can't swim directly into the sea from your room."
