"Clean room , great food, great staff"

"Lived up to the hype! Definitely worth. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were greeted and escorted into their lobby. Whole staff were so friendly and accommodating the whole stay. I enjoyed saying good morning to the staff everyday. The hotel is quite expansive so def familiarize yourself with the layout to minimize the walking. Food options were extensive. Ate at a different place everyday. Right on the beach which is a plus. One thing - if you want a decent spot by the pool, you have...

"The staff were lovely and so helpful in every way. Felt pampered and promptly attended to if I had any questions. Beautiful beach and ample chairs with sun or shade options where we could watch the white storks, pelicans, humans and be in awe of the turquoise water. Breakfast buffet was unbelievable with every food option you can imagine and an espresso bar that’s open 24 hrs. Our room was a corner unit on the 5th floor and the view was spectacular!"

"Great resort, will be going back!"

"En Cancun hay que tener mucho cuidado, desde el aeropuerto los vendedores de paquetes vacacionales abordan a los turistas, casi obligando a comprar, ofreciendo muchas cosas que nos son reales, lo mismo pasa en el hotel, hacen cobros por lo que uno pierde tiempo y dinero."

"This hotel is amazing, clean, food is top notch! beach is perfect, nice sand, clear water!!! I would recommend this hotel!!!"
