"Staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Check in was very easy. Nice location, directly on the beach. Recommend a room with balcony overlooking the ocean. Two small caveats. First, bring your own shampoo and soap for the shower. The soap and shampoo provided didn't offer much lather and was difficult to pump due to the bracket that held them. Second, be cautious about additional charges for featured products. We ate at the Italian restaurant and received an extensive wine list....

"Food was overall very good. Accommodations good. Nice room. Hotel staff were very friendly. Do not expect a the ocean to be nice and crystal clear. Seaweed big issue and beach has rocks underwater not visible as you enter water. Water shoes highly recommended. Lots of water activities. Pools were great. "

"Proximity to San Pedro and Dive facilities was good. Several food options nearby. While service was good the restaurant frequently ran out of some selections. The pier behind the hotel was in bad shape. Beach conditions were not good due to the accumulation of sea grass which was not the hotel's fault but seems like they could have a better means of clearing it.
