"Staff rude"

"The customer service everywhere was great the whole place was excellent . We only had a minor issue with the housekeeping department. When we got to the room the shampoo and conditioner were almost out we ask for refills and we had to call twice . Unfortunately we did not bring those items do we have to wait a long long time . Other than that well recommended to all our friends "

"The beach is beautiful but there wasn't not enough staff by beach or the pool. Loved the oacean view. I had asked to get move to a higher floor because the view from the first floor was minimal. I did asked to get upgrade because that's what it said to do on the Expidia app. They said they didn't show that. I showed them where it said it but still they said I would have to pay extra. I brought a friend with me because I been there before and I like it. They were suppose to call her about her...

"Our butler, Yuri Corona was exceptional. She went above and beyond everyday with a big smile. Please request her if visiting this resort. You won’t regret it! Also a quick shout out to Luis the bartender at the Club Pool, let’s just say he knows how to make the amazing delicious drinks and we really enjoyed our days together. Very clean resort. :)"
