"Staffs are friendly but not very helpful"

"Room cleaning was phenomenal. Morning buffet and crew were amazing. The lobby is extremely hot no matter what time of day it is. At night if you try to drink a drink at the main lobby bar you will be dripping in sweat on how hot it is in there literally. Some of the staff in the evening reservation to dine in only came a few times to attend us. This is my 8th time coming to Cancun and first time here at this hotel and there’s way better out there trust me. Don’t come here."

"My first time at Moon Palace after staying in other hotels in the Zona Hotelera. Other for the beach not being swimmable, everything about this hotel was amazing: the service, the staff, amenities, food. Everything also very clean and organized."

"This place was a MAJOR disappointment. 1) The SMELL. It just smelled BAD. I thought initially it was all the seaweed, but one day I walked out far past my bungalow, and the water became much clearer. Near the bungalow, it just looked, funky, and SMELLED.
