"We had the time of our lives and made the most of this all-fun inclusive vacation. Staff were amazing, food delicious, parks as fun as can be and the hotel was just paradise. "On the second day after our arrival, I ordered an 8 oz filet mignon at the steakhouse. The steak appeared to be cooked appropriately for medium rare, but the center had a very strong sour taste. I was unable to finish it, and shortly afterward I developed fever, chills, stomach pain, and severe diarrhea that lasted for the next three days. When my wife brought the situation to the staff’s attention, their response was extremely disappointing. We were told that they could call a doctor, but only...

"Extremely unpleasant on all accounts. First, stench of sea weed everywhere. Beach was closed. The pools were very crowded and noisy. Service everywhere was very slow. Tried to upsell time shares at the Grand - signed us up without consent and then kept calling at 7:30 am to find out why we were not there for the "tour." Food at the buffets was minimal, cold and stale. Other restaurants barely gave any food - portion sizes small. Room service was always 1-1:30 hr wait no matter what time of day...

"The pool parties and nighttime shows and theme nights were by FAR the most fun we’ve ever experienced at any resort. Some of the food wasn’t incredible but you can find something good at each of the restaurants. Romanza was our favorite, and the rooftop pool bar had great tacos and wings. The party scene made this place well worth it, and we will DEFINITELY be back."

"My stay at Breathless Cancun Soul was excellent! I stayed from 5/2/2026 to 5/6/2026. The food was good, the nightly entertainment was good too. The service I received from Hermilo & Leo at the Xhale Rooftop Pool was exceptional! Those two individuals deserve a pay raise immediately! Their service is what stood out the most. I would definitely recommend staying at Breathless Cancun Soul! "

Bellman and concierge 5/5 -Check in process 2/5 (bad attitude, and kept my ID) did not care to look for me to return it during my staff, I had to go back and get it myself. Food taste and quality 3/5. Ran out of eggs every morning and waited for long time until refilled. --Mexican Restaurant is below average. Other restaurants "no need" for reservations but when you get there, you need to wait 30-40 min, what's the point? Ciao restaurant pretty descent and great...
