"This was our second time at Live Aqua. We got a free room upgrade fro oceanfront to for being Expedia VIP!The resort is beautiful and the staff is very attentive and did an excellent job. Thank you Gerardo for the wonderful service at breakfast. And Miguel did a great job with drink service by the pool! Ricky Ricardo was very entertaining and made the activities so much fun."

"The excellent service started before checking in! I wanted to book a car to pick me up at Mexico City airport. Not speaking any Spanish I was nervous about communicating with the reception desk staff. I need not have been - they put me through to an English speaker and arranged collection. Each of the five days we spent at NH Centro Historico, we were at the desk asking for advice and guidance. The staff were patient and accommodating - always. We also had breakfast and dinner at the inhouse restaurant where the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable for two people staying five days - we weren't longing for check out day. These guys really enhanced the NH Hotels brand."
