Not speaking any Spanish I was nervous about communicating with the reception desk staff. I need not have been - they put me through to an English speaker and arranged collection. Each of the five days we spent at NH Centro Historico, we were at the desk asking for advice and guidance. The staff were patient and accommodating - always. We also had breakfast and dinner at the inhouse restaurant where the staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable for two people staying five days - we weren't longing for check out day. These guys really enhanced the NH Hotels brand."
