The hotel overall is pretty good but the installation at least for my room was old and rusty. Every hotel I go I check to see when the hotel was remodeled and in theory this hotel was remodeled in 2021. The 1st room I got, the worse part was that the tub was all scraped off, one knows that it was extremely old - so frankly I went for a room change. They "allowed" me the room change but it was still old and rusty but at least the tub was better than the 1st one. In the change process, I asked for a remodeled room but the lady said that my price did not allow me get a remodeled room, which is not right since the discount I got when I reserved at Expedia (with VIP Access) never said that the price was for an old room. Either the hotel is promoting the discounts in correctly or Expedia are offering them without telling the real reason. Unfortunately the TV was also very old and had terrible screen resolution and sound. The wifi was not stable in my room. Now going on the good side, people are very nice and serviceable, the breakfast buffet included in my price was great, parking was also fairly easy even though the hotel was full, and overall the amenities outside the room looked remodeled and great. Reason I gave them as three star. I would recommend them to remodel all their rooms and definitely not give out a discount only on the non-remodeled rooms, and for Expedia users be aware that the great discount you might be getting is for a bad quality room.
