"Location is picturesque, Tiburon is a very beautiful area with lots of outdoor activities as well as high end dining and shops if that’s suits you. We visited Angel Island by ferry which was fun. Check in was very easy and parking is super convenient on the premises. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are very basic close to à 2 star quality. "Expedia users often get less desirable rooms. This room was right above the entry to the hotel and not interesting/bad view. Hotel clearly was not very busy – seems like they lose an opportunity to upgrade someone when there is clearly a lot of availability. More frustrating is that the hotel pool was closed. "Nice hotel. We have 2 complaints: 1. There was no non-dairy milk for breakfast. 2. No elevator. We chose a 2nd floor room and the front desk did not let us know about no elevator until I asked after we were about to go to room. The clerk should have anticipated that two 80+ seniors would not want to lug suitcases up steps."
