"Good location, huge lobby area, modern hotel, spacious rooms and clean bathroom. The pool is smaller than shown in the photos, but it’s ok. The buffer breakfast is pretty good."

"I planned to stay 3 nights/4 days, but cut the trip short on night 2 after waking up at 11pm with two bed bugs on me—when I squished them, blood came out. Inspecting the bed further, I found dried blood stains that looked washed and holes in the mattress protector. The front desk rep was unhelpful and offered no alternative, forcing me to leave at 1am and pay for a nearby hotel to finish out my trip. I contacted the manager, Jessica, the following week. "Great property overall. The main reason I did not give it a higher rating is because the walls are thin and for 3 nights we could hear the people next door to us yelling and talking very loud till 3am. You could hear the entire conversation for 3-4 hours. The other thing that I did not like was that the bar at the pool closed early. We got to the pool at 6pm and the food and drink area was closed. It was a great place as far as location. We were close to a lot of attractions and stores."

The breakfast food is mediocre at best and is not included in the room price, and both days that I was there I had to wait a long time for it to be ready. "My room was lovely and relaxing. I didn't know how to adjust the air conditioner and a technician was sent up within a reasonable time to help. I wish I had had time to use the free bicycle and other amenities. The only thing I would change is that I couldn't make tea with the Nespresso machine - I prefer tea in the morning."
