"Our stay started with a 3rd floor room and a broken elevator- after my request we were moved to another building. Throughout our stay the ice machines were either not working or out of ice. I want to three buildings to find ice. The room was well worn and dated but had the essentials necessary. The pool was nice"

"You can tell this hotel is a little bit older but they've done a good job of renovating the rooms to keep them up to date. The staff was very responsive to my in-app requests and accommodated us as best as they could. I loved how close they were to the entrance of the parks. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and enjoyable. I would stay there again."

The concierge at the front was unhelpful and did not even properly explain how to get to our room. We were also left to handle our luggage ourselves without anyone offering assistance.
