"The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was very surprised that they cleaned their rooms every day because most hotels no longer do that. Only complaint is that an elevator to the garage parking was down and the ice machines on our floor were down but other than that, it was very comfortable."

"There are 4 Hot tubs and I was looking forward to a relaxing weekend, unfortunately only two were open but the jets don’t work and it’s not even heated , since the sun doesn’t hit the poolside until about after 2 it was just too cold to be there. Also beware the self parking is not included and can be really expensive luckily there was a parking structure next door for a cheaper price."

"It was my first time staying at Portola Hotel and I had a great experience. Valet staff were really nice and informative . The hotel was so beautiful and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast at Jacks was really good. Will be returning. Thank you!"

"The property was very nice, but there was only 1 elevator working in Sunset Tower. Customers had good attitudes about letting one more person fit in, but there should have been maintenance people called, for safety reasons alone. My stay was short, but I did not see any elevator maintenance being done. Other than that the site was modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. I'm hoping they can fix the elevators soon."

"Never seen a 4 star hotel/resort, as they says, where the customers have to pay the parking - $50 per day per car (plus tax of course), plus resort fee othjer $50 each person. So after 4 days stay I have to pay $420 extra for a family of 4 over the booking stay price."
