"Everything was clean enough but could use a good once over. Some appliances in the villa were in need of repair and the provided WiFi is barely functional. There was no room cleanings although I booked as a hotel guest and not through a timeshare (this place operates on both). Most rooms have flights of stairs to access and no elevators so if you’re not of physical shape to carry your luggage up/down stairs, I’d look elsewhere. "Overall my experience at the Omni was good just feel that check in fees and expenses could have been explained better before check in. Parking was a different story it was Terrible parking should be assigned in this place because when you get to your room there is no parking near your room and whoever's room is far away they go and park near yours for the convenience of the amenities around you and that leaves you having to park far and catching shuttles and waiting."

"Love the place and have stayed many times. Great concept and venue. Down side they are letting it slip a bit. One of the porch swings is dangerous and about to break. Someone will get hurt. The stairs are dangerous with mats overhang as trip hazards. I have no idea why nothing is done before someone gets hurt. My room was not cleaned as requested on my last night. Got back too late to remedy. Little things like decent basic ping pong paddles are no longer in the budget? I truly hope they turns...

"Clean but the rooms were really small. Also the lighting system was cool but couldn’t turn off the light under the sink. When I called the front desk for help they weren’t able to assist had to sleep with the light on all night."

"My room was cleaned Saturday morning after arriving on a Friday. It was never cleaned again and we did not leave until Tuesday. They charge you $20 a night for a microwave. Anything you want to do is an extra expense despite paying for a resort fee. When I spoke with the front desk, they were not concerned about the room not being cleaned and stated, “not sure what happened there but you can put own trash in the hallway.”"

"We love the property. We have stayed twice. FYI: what they say is a mini-fridge in the room is actually a beverage cooler. Won’t keep stuff properly cold."
