"We checked into our room on Friday night and the room was freezing. During the night the floor next to the bed because wet. Both issues were told to the front desk on Saturday. We came back and both issues were not addresses. We again made a complaint on Sunday morning and still the issues were never addressed. So after three nights we were freezing and the floor was wet. Not acceptable."

I normally expect a greeting along with a short brief on amenities and followed by "if you need anything please let us know". Instead I got. "Scan the QR code." "Customer service from Hotel staff, including the staff at Maryjane’s restaurant was exceptional. Taylor Celeste checked us in & was a gem. My wife suffers from debilitating neuropathy from chemotherapy, our room wasn’t quite ready, she led us to a little and very comfortable lounge, made sure that my wife was comfortable and gave us each a complimentary adult beverage.
