"Won’t be coming back. It was ok."

"Won’t be staying here again! Rooms definitely need to be updated. The rooms have carpet that is old so with the humidity all you smell is mildew. Our AC was only blowing warm air. I tried calling the front desk to get it fixed for over 40min with no answer. My husband had to walk down there to find two people standing at the front desk just watching an ambulance help someone in the driveway. Maintenance said they fixed it but it was still only blowing warm air so the room was just uncomfortably...

"Good place to stay at a reasonable price. Courtyard is very nice. Neighborhood is so so. Staff seems nice. Would stay here again. Wish they had bagels or something similar in the morning to go with coffee."

"When booking at Basecamp South, the stress is on camp. The facility enjoys a great location within easy walking distance of downtown, restaurants, etc. Rooms are basic. Few outlooks, which are mostly filled by room amenities. If you want to watch TV, make sure you bring your own streaming services. Parking is both limited and risky. Within the facility there is no where to turn around. Parking on the street is a better option if you can find a space."

"We experienced problems with enough hot water. The kids room was too warm. I think they may have had difficulty getting the A/C turned on."

"The hotel is modern and nicely appointed. My only issues were that breakfast was very expensive and that it was not very convenient to siteseeing."

"The property was great. Very short walk to Disneyland. The rooms were a bit small but overall great. The elevator near my room was broken so I had to use the stairs which a bit inconvenient. The property was clean and had security. The pool is nice. Staff was very nice. The room door didn't shut automatically so had to make sure I shut it myself every time I left or entered. It was very quiet on the property."
