"Great place for kids and family a lot of activities to do San Diego is only 44 away with great beaches and museums but honestly, you do not need to leave the resort. There’s plenty activities to do on the site when you get there there’s a map. There’s also a plan of activities they do throughout the week. There’s a winery next-door. I always have a great selection of wines. I can’t put everything into this one paragraph but I will give this place a 10 out of 10."

"Good stay, nice people. One of the beds in the 2 double bed room I stayed in This last time was a little bit worn, but still pretty comfortable and the other mattress was fine. I do wish they had microwaves in their standard rooms but you usually have to get an upgraded room for that. Most of the time, you can’t beat the price to stay here, unless you stay in El Cajon or further up north. Staff always greet you when you walk into the lobby and overall I would say this is one of the best...

"The room was mostly clean, there were a few stains on the main bed sheets. Looked to be coffee, but a huge deal. They started doing landscaping and maintenance just before 8 am one day of the stay. That was frustrating, it woke us all up earlier than planned which was not great on vacation. Called the front desk and only received an apology till I asked if anything further could be done to compensate for the inconvenience. "The high scores are the result of the very good service at the bar, and at the front desk, where I received exactly the room I asked for with no nonsense. The low score is because of the overpricing, especially the outrageous fee to park! I parked next door at The Parking Spot for half the price."

"The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. I got a "Float" room, which is a room that opens onto the 4th floor bar area (the bar is named "Float"). I only wish that my patio had not been taken over at 6 am the next morning by crews setting up for some event! The coffee in the room: poor. The coffee in MaryJane's (the on-site restaurant): worse. The food at MaryJane's was so-so. That could be dialed in."

"I like the area of the hotel, it was central to the different theme parks that my family and I did together. But I didn’t like was the overall amenity of the room, when we first showed up, there was broken glass in the refrigerator. The exhaust fan on the bathroom did not work. The pullout bed was incredibly uncomfortable for my mother-in-law. There was a huge gap underneath the entry door which allowed for a lot of noise to come in.
