"It is not far from Disneyland. We paid a small fee to take the shuttle bus. The thing I am not comfortable with is the water. Water from bathroom tap is translucent."

"This is our 4th year coming to the Hyatt Regency - Welk Resort. This is an outstanding place to staycation, or vacation, as a family. There are so many amenities to accommodate the stay, including; pools, spas, water slides, snack bars, market and places to dine. The grounds are upbeat daily and Staff is the best. The rooms are great but I recommend the Villas. We'll be back next year."

"Our family had the best time at Omni Ranch Resort. The rooms and grounds were so clean and well kept. We ate at both restaurants, the palm cafe and poolside, the food at each of them was excellent. The different pool options, lazy river and water slides were so fun. This was our second time staying here and we will be back for sure."

"5 star for the views & location- next to seaworld- The rooms are gross! Dust still in bedside table- glass tables had hand prints still. As you walk into the hallway the carpets are dirty. You can tell they dont vacuum often, this was an indication how the rooms were. We stayed at room 310 it's gross. When you drive up dont expect a bellman to greet you. You must walk in to front desk. "Overall, the room was nice, and had a nice view from the balcony. However, I did leave somewhat disappointed. The first staff member to help carry our belongings up to the room seemed very helpful at first. I was asking him a question and he cut me off to ask if I was going to tip him in a rude tone. I did tip him, and just let him go. The 2nd individual to help the other room guests was very nice. The room had only 1 set of toiletries even though we booked it for four adults. And it did take...

"Great amenities and restaurants. Very cool underground bridge to connect the 2 sides of the property. Really cool hot tubs on the rooftop. Great views of the ocean, and close to everything we needed."

"Breakfast was amazing. It was always warm and delicious. The cleaning lady at our table was so kind anf greeting us every morning. The ladybwho cleaned our room was also so kind and understanding. We were still in our room and she said she would be back. I was worried we missed the opportunity to but she indeed returned and left it very clean."
