"This hotel was a complete disaster. The property was run-down, the room was unclean, and the staff showed little concern when issues were reported. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience. I would never return and strongly advise others to look elsewhere."

"I should give this hotel 5 hearts rather than 5 stars. This hotel, surrounds an abundance of gardens, which are within the inside foot print of the facility. Fountains, Koi ponds, benches and chairs, some under trees, await the customers. Truly, the gardens are an oasis which hides the sounds of the traffic from the freeway. To experience this, I recommend an inside deluxe room. The rooms, are some of the largest in the area. Also unique; a fantastic Japanese sushi restaurant called Hanagi open...

"We stayed at the Dextro Hotel in Little Italy for one night, and overall it was an average stay. It met our basic need for a place to sleep, and the location was very convenient. The lobby was nice, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel showed signs of wear and tear and could benefit from better housekeeping. We noticed spills and sticky, dirty footprints in the elevators, and our room wasn't as clean as expected. The floors were unswept, the bathroom...

"This hotel has great potential. I believe this place is not yet ready to host such a crowd of families. On the surface this is place is nice, great pool hours and activities for the kids. We enjoyed our room, although we were not able to use it to its full capacity and I explained why below. There are floors that are closed due to construction- understandable. "Excellent value for a stay very close to Disney California. The breakfast was well worth the stay and helps you save a little unless you plan on getting breakfast in downtown Disney. Only issue we had was a miscommunication on housekeeping but other than that a solid value. "

"HVAC did not work. Miserable. Charged $85 to park car on top of $350 rate. Not worth it. Expedia never disclosed exorbitant parking charge. Never again."
