"Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. Room was clean & tidy & everything worked ok ( tv, lights, shower) Room & hotel generally looking a little “tired” A fresh coat of paint, repairing cracked tiles on bathroom floor, repairing sink where the internal covering has come away making the sink appear dirty (it wasn’t) Replace/refurb carpet in hotel room. We have stayed a few times at the Orida and most rooms appear as “tired “ as our last one. No complaints regarding staff, food, cleanliness etc which...

"If it weren't for the staff, this would be a typical run-of-the-mill conference hotel. However, the staff are outstanding - I stay in hotels at least twice a week, and the reception experience from Steve was the best and friendliest I've ever had. Throughout the rest of my day, from breakfast, through to the events team I noticed such care and passion from the team, with many people pro-actively spotting when guests needed help or guidance. Really world-class service, thank you. "
