"Hotel is 3-5 mins walk from Milano Centrale. Very convenient location Staff are very helpful and pleasant Room is very clean and spacious. "

"The hotel was clean and close to everything. They supplied body wash and shampoo (no conditioner - so bring if you want that!). I asked for a washcloth but they gave me a hand towel - so no washcloths available. They also provide robes to the guests and slippers. With it being such a high end hotel - I would have assumed they would have had washcloths and conditioner. The breakfast buffet was very good - there were several options and the coffee was good. I would return back to this hotel...

"This was our first visit to Milano and UH was the perfect hotel for our stay. The location is perfect, the hotel breakfast and food in general is delicious, staff is courteous and helpful. We stayed in the Cosy room and it was the right size for our two night stay. We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and a tray of the most delicious Italian cookies, it hit the spot. "Friendly check in and free room upgrade given to us which was a lovely touch. Room was very spacious with a huge balcony to sit on overlooking the garden. Kettle and coffee pod machine (although no milk provided - but there is a supermarket across the road). Fridge has items in and a price list is provided so there would be no surprises (we just brought our own items from the shop). "Incredible views of the lake! Located a little further from the hustle and bustle of the town which provided us the tranquil, peaceful environment we prefer. "The most helpful and kind staff. Great breakfast, definitely worth the price. Clean rooms but spiders on the walls. Only negative is the hot tub which we originally chose the hotel for, which is in the middle of a rooftop bar with tables encircling it with people drinking so not really usable. "Hotel Cavour delivered exactly what you’d want from a short city stay. The room was a great size, spacious enough to feel comfortable without being impractical, and everything was well-appointed. For a two-night trip it was pretty much perfect. The only minor gripe was that the carpet could have been a little cleaner, nothing that ruined the experience, but worth a mention.
