"Recepcionista muito simpatica. Ótima localização para quem quer passar pela fronteira e voltar sem gastar na hospedagem em Lugano. Não tinha ar condicionado, só ventilador. E as opções de cafe da manha nao eram suficiente e nao está incluído na hospedagem. Tambem nao ficamos satisfeitos com o restaurante do hotel. Mto caro e nao era tao bom, sem falar que nao havia opções do cardapio, como pizza e menu infantil. Gostamos de ter banheira no quarto. A vista tb é linda."

"Our second visit to Parco San Marco as we loved it so much the first time! We were allocated the wrong room type on arrival but this was quickly rectified after first night and we were moved to the correct one in block L. Excellent room - great layout, well appointed kitchenette and lake views from both rooms. A car really is needed to be able to explore the area, get to shops, restaurants, supermarket etc. We loved our trip to Monte Tamaro for cable car, high ropes, toboggan and water park....

"Can't beat the location for early morning departures. Room was great, staff was great, dinner was great. Only snag was highly variable water temp in the shower, but a minor complaint. The elevators are mighty slow, but that's hardly worth mentioning."

"Beautiful hotel with a courteous staff and wonderful spa. However, the pool is just average and the beach club, which is very nice, is located 3/8 mile from the hotel with no discount for hotel guests. Also note that the ferry times at night from Bellaghio and Verrena are limited after 7:00 PM"

"Everything was perfect except for lunch. Just bit too pricy for 2 ppl for €540 & foods & cooking quality just normal not fine dining. You can find more nice top quality restaurant near here with good price."
