"Awesome breakfast and staff were great. The bathrooms are small and difficult to manage your bath belongings. Great location"

"The location was great and price based on other hotels was good. Hotel was definitely older but shower was really nice and seemed updated. Bed was comfortable The A/C fan was extremely loud - annoyingly so. We had an early departure so didn’t have breakfast Hotel staff was accommodating and got us a taxi. No view of any kind but close and walkable to fashion district and duomo Overall fair -"

"Wonderful service but the food in the restaurant isn’t the best."

"Beyond and above amazing"

"Location is good. "

"Servis teruk dan housekeeping tidak bersih "

"Very clean room! Excellent breakfast and staff! Thank you!"

"Very nice hotel in an excellent location."

"Room was cleaned thoroughly each day to a degree I’ve never seen in the US. All staff cheerful and helpful. Head bellman (who is either the owner or is re-enacting the plot from “Roman Holiday”) goes out of his way for the guests’ pleasure and convenience. Fitness room could use a better treadmill but it probably is only used on rainy days (like my last day there). Breakfast Buffett is excellent especially with made to order omelettes on weekends."

"Great property. Staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"Everything was perfect except for lunch. Just bit too pricy for 2 ppl for €540 & foods & cooking quality just normal not fine dining. You can find more nice top quality restaurant near here with good price."

"The entire property was beautiful, clean and with spectacular views!! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming! Breakfast was always exceptional!!!"
